Return & Refund Policy
We at SURNEFit strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer support team at contact@surnefit.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Refund Process:
1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@surnefit.com for further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check Your Account: Verify your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: Processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
