We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy

At SURNE FIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Swimwear and undergarments are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@surnefit.com or H to request a return authorization number (RMA).

2. Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package along with a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.

3. Ship the item(s) to the following address:

4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SURNE FIT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.

Refunds

- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in acceptable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where SURNE FIT has made an error or the item is defective.

Exchanges

- Items may be exchanged for a different size or color within the 30-day return period.
- To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

- If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a prepaid return label and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected.

Exceptions

- Certain items may be excluded from this return policy due to the nature of the product or special circumstances.
- SURNE FIT reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
