All prices are listed in EURO. For customers paying in other currencies, the exchange rate will be determined at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of France, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in France, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.

17. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to SURNEFit at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
